Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal data this site receives, how it is used and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to the pages hosted at leandrosepulveda.com/landing/.
Who is responsible
Leandro Sepúlveda, an independent software developer based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. For any data protection question, email leandro.sepulveda@gmail.com.
What data is collected
- What you send by email: your name, email address, phone number if you include it and any information you choose to share about your business.
- Demo credentials: if you request access to a demo, I may send you a temporary username and password.
- Language preference: some demo pages store your language in the browser's local storage. It is not sent to a server.
What is not used
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It does not embed videos, fonts or maps from external services: styles and videos are served from this site.
How the data is used
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To coordinate a call, a demo or the delivery of a project.
- To comply with legal or contractual obligations when a contract exists.
I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising.
How long it is kept
Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if there is a business relationship, for the period required by applicable law. After that they are deleted or anonymized.
Where it is hosted
The site and email are hosted by internet service providers. Some links lead to third-party sites, such as GitHub or demo servers, which have their own privacy policies.
Data in demos
Demos use test data. Do not enter real client, patient or employee information in a demo. If you need to test with real data, it is done in a controlled environment with a prior agreement.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of the personal data I hold about you. Email leandro.sepulveda@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. You may also file a complaint with the competent authority in the Dominican Republic.
Security
I use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted system access and backups. No system is infallible, but I take reasonable measures to protect information.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is handled changes, I will update this page and the last-updated date.
