How much does a system cost?
It depends on how many users, locations and integrations you need. After the assessment I send a written proposal with a fixed price within 48 hours: one-time setup plus a monthly subscription, with no hidden fees.
How long does it take?
A simple system can take 2 to 4 weeks; a full ERP, 2 to 3 months. The date is set in the proposal and reviewed every week.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. You describe how your business works; I translate that into a system and train your team to use it.
What happens after delivery?
I include 30 days of support for adjustments and questions. After that you can continue with a support, backup and update subscription.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data belongs to your business. You can request an export and the exit terms are put in writing before you sign.
Does it comply with the Dominican tax authority (DGII)?
StockFlow includes NCF/e-CF invoicing. Compliance depends on your registration, your configuration and current regulations; we review your case before the proposal.
What happens if I stop paying the subscription?
Before you sign, I explain in writing what the monthly fee covers and what happens if you cancel. Your data can be exported.
Can you work with my current system?
Yes, if it allows integration or data export. We review your case and I tell you clearly what can be migrated and what cannot.
Can I see a demo before deciding?
Yes. You can watch the videos for each system and request a guided demo with sample data. If you want access, I share temporary credentials.
