These terms apply to leandrosepulveda.com/landing/, the demos and the downloadable applications and tools. By using them, you accept these conditions.

Site information

The content describes software development, installation and support services. It is not a binding offer: the scope, price and timeline of a project are confirmed in writing in a proposal or contract.

Plans and prices

The plans on the site describe what each option includes. The price is calculated by users, locations, integrations and scope. The validity of a quote is stated in the proposal.

Demos

Demos are provided to evaluate the product, as is and without availability guarantees. Credentials are temporary and may change. Do not enter real client, patient or employee data.

Downloads

Applications and tools are provided as is, without a guarantee that they will work on every device. I publish the SHA-256 hash of each file so you can verify the download. Some installers may not be digitally signed; if your device warns you, verify the hash before continuing.

Security tools

The security tools (6Scan, 6Sight and Tracking Cookie Cleaner) must only be used on systems you own or have written authorization to test. They must not be used to attack, scan or access third-party systems. The user is responsible for how they are used.

Intellectual property

The texts, books, trademarks and applications on this site belong to Leandro Sepúlveda or are used with permission. You may read and share the free books with attribution. The code of a delivered project is licensed under the agreement with each client.

Client data

Data that a client enters into a system belongs to the client. Export, backup and exit terms are agreed in writing before contracting.

Third-party links

The site links to GitHub, demo servers and other external services. I do not control their availability or content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, the demos or the downloads. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights granted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith and, if unresolved, before the competent courts.
